By using this site (the “Site”) and submitting any comments, you agree to Barilla's Privacy Policy and Barilla's Terms and Conditions.   Please review these documents prior to use.  Because these documents and this Site's Terms and Conditions may change from time to time, we recommend that you check for updates periodically, as you will be bound by any revisions.  If you do not agree to these documents, you should not use this site.  For clarity, this site, including the posting services on this site, is a “Communication Service” as defined under the Sites T&Cs listed below.

By submitting any content, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the sole author and owner of your comments and have all rights, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights (if any) thereto;

This Site has been developed to participate in the ongoing conversation about family dinner experiences and Barilla products and use.  We believe these topics are worthy of discussion and want to encourage this conversation. The following Comments Policy applies to those who choose to use this Site as a forum to discuss these topics.

• We will not aggregate comments. All posted comments will be shown separately and not as one.

•    Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment, including without limitation, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or corrupted files.
• Post, publish, modify, transmit, reproduce, or distribute in any way, information, software or other materials or tools designed for compromising the security of the Communication Services, our network or telecommunication services.
• Post, publish, modify, transmit, reproduce, or distribute in any way, information, software or other materials or tools designed for compromising the security of the Communication Services, our network or telecommunication services.
• Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such Communication Service specifically allows such messages.
• Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
• Falsify or delete any email headers, author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of email, software or other material in order to disguise the origin of such email, software or material.
• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services, or create an unusually large burden on the Communication Services, such as by generating levels of traffic sufficient to impede others' ability to send or retrieve information.
• Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service.
• Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without prior written authorization from such owners of such information.
• Resell any of the Communication Services or use the Communication Services other than for your own personal purposes. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not use the Communication Services to provide Internet access or any other feature of the Communication Services to any third party.

Barilla has no obligation to monitor the Communication Service. However, Barilla reserves the right to review materials posted to or sent through a Communication Service and to remove, change, condense, not post or delete any content or materials in its sole discretion. Barilla further reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services and this site at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.

You agree to indemnify and hold Barilla America, Inc. (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, parent, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers, including but not limited to Bazaarvoice, Inc.), harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Barilla reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Barilla deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Barilla's sole discretion.
